Party on a Pick Up

It is the Lao New Year in Champasak, Laos and water splashing is common on the streets as one part of the festivities. Folk like to connect with friends and enjoy a good party, either at the side of the road to douse passers by with water, on in a car / van / pick-up trucks to visit the roadside parties, and return the water splashing.
